Time blocking is a budget four your time. By giving every hour a job your brain is now free to focus on the task at hand instead of trying to think about all the other important things that you should be doing instead.

When you time block you map out what you would be doing every hour of the day on a timeline.

Start by putting in the non-negotiable first like meetings and appointments. Next block time for important tasks and projects that you want to get done. Then you fill the rest. Use big time blocks. Time blocks should not be less than one hour

Remember this is just plan

Plans are worthless, but planning is everything

- Dwight Eisenhower

The act of planning can help you create intention for how you’re going to spend your time. But don’t treat that plan as sacred. It will get blown up from time to time and that’s okay.
